Luke brings nearly a decade of experience in the utility surveying industry, having progressed from assistant roles to senior and managerial positions across respected firms. He specialises in PAS128-compliant utility mapping using electromagnetic location and ground penetrating radar (GPR), often integrated with topographical surveys to deliver accurate, high-value data.

Over the course of his career, Luke has led and contributed to a wide range of major projects, including a 47km cable route survey, large-scale HS2 schemes, airport developments, and critical infrastructure upgrades. His project background demonstrates a strong capability in delivering complex surveys under demanding conditions and timelines.

As a proven leader, Luke combines technical expertise with the interpersonal and organisational skills expected of a senior surveyor and manager—ensuring efficient project delivery, high standards, and strong client relationships.
