Survey Manager – Construction & Site Engineering Surveys

KEY JOB PURPOSE
The Survey Manager will report directly to the London Office Director and will be assigned enquiries to progress to client issue stage. The Survey Manager will liaise with the client to produce the quote. Once an enquiry is issued, the Survey Manager will liaise with the client with the aim of winning the project. Duties will include:

*Project Administration,
*Client Liaison
*Resource Allocation – staff, equipment, vehicles, etc.
*Establishing / Ensuring Project Milestones are kept
*Data Issue and QA of Completed Projects
*Assisting the London Office Director in meeting divisional monthly budgets & targets.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Managerial experience is essential. In addition you will need to be:

*Competent in all Construction Surveying and Land & Measured Building Survey techniques.
*A competent user of all survey instrumentation – GPS, Total Stations, 3D Laser Scanners, etc, & 2D/3D AutoCAD
*Familiar with volume calculation & modelling in Key Terra-FIRMA or N4ce software

A full UK Driving License is required.

NOTE: Minimum 2 years’ UK experience required.
